Brunch in Palmerston

Tucked between the lantern-lit boulevard and Harbord's shopfronts, this is neighbourhood brunch every day of the week.

Palmerston-Little Italy is one of the quieter, leafier corners of the west end, where Palmerston Boulevard's old globe lamps lead up toward Bloor. Ace Restaurant is on the main floor at Harbord and Manning.

We built the room for the regulars: a calm, contemporary space for a slow plate or a long table with friends. Brunch runs seven mornings a week with bennys, pancakes and the full menu behind it.

Reserve ahead for a busy weekend or simply walk over. There is a patio when the weather agrees, and the Ace of Spades Lounge handles evenings at 536 Manning Ave.
